At 2-6 King Wavy, every product is carefully crafted using natural ingredients to ensure freshness and quality. Because our products are handmade in small batches, shipping times may vary.


Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Typical processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, sales events, or product restocks, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and packaged, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

If your tracking status says “Pre-Shipment – USPS Awaiting Item,” it means your order has been packaged and is awaiting pickup by the carrier.


Pre-Orders

Some products may be listed as Pre-Order during restocks or high demand.

Pre-order items are made in upcoming production batches and will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated ship times for preorder items are typically 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are ready unless otherwise requested.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.


Typical delivery estimates:

* USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

* USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, 2-6 King Wavy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
