Due to the nature of our products being personal care and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

* The wrong item was sent

* The product arrived damaged

* The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier


Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect address entered at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Products that have been used


Pre-Order Policy

Some items on 2-6 King Wavy may be listed as Pre-Order during restocks or production cycles.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before they are fully restocked.

Estimated processing time for pre-order items is typically 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Mixed Orders

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may ship once all items are available.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.


Pre-Order Changes

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


Natural Product Disclaimer

All 2-6 King Wavy products are made with natural oils, butters, and plant-based ingredients.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in:

color
texture
scent

may occur between batches.

This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or quality of the product.


Temperature Disclaimer

Products containing natural butters (such as shea butter) may soften or melt during warmer weather.

If this occurs:

Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator
Allow it to solidify before use

This will not affect the effectiveness of the product.

We produce our products in fresh batches to ensure customers receive the highest quality natural ingredients possible.

Because of this process, fulfillment times may occasionally take longer than traditional retail products.
